New and improved performance screws

The replacement screws are available in 35mm and 45mm lengths from your usual distributor. They are black in colour and look and feel more streamlined, providing contractors with additional improvements in performance:

• Sharper tip: to create a better initial penetration into the paper facer and board itself
• More defined thread and reverse thread: to speed up your work
• Smaller head: to improve the finish on the board surface
• More acute angle on the neck: to create an easier and improved penetration into the board
• Phosphate coated: to help increase protection from corrosion
