LaDura

LaDura is an alternative to a traditional gypsum fibreboard. Made from gypsum reinforced with wood fibre, it is stronger and harder than other plasterboards giving greater impact and pull out resistance. LaDura combines fire, moisture and impact resistance and provides a superior finish to gypsum fibreboards. It has been designed for durability in busy, high traffic areas which are intensively used, or prone to abnormal or rough use including schools, hospitals and hotel corridors.

SYSTEMS FOR SPORTS PROJECTS

The Siniat range of metal stud profiles provides system solutions for education building projects. Combining the right plasterboard, fixings, frame and finishing products gives partition solutions up to the most demanding levels of fire, acoustic and thermal performance.

SUPPORTING YOUR PROJECT

For larger projects, we add value before, during and after the construction phase. Working with the project team, we can support the initial tender, finding ways to improve aesthetics or building performance, cut construction costs, reduce build times or suggest ways to lower on-going maintenance costs. Baltimore Tower

Baltimore Tower

The Tower was designed by world-renowned architects Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM), and features 330 executive suites and one, two and three bedroom apartments arranged around a cylindrical, central core.  All of the apartments will be finished to a high-end specification and have their own private steel and glass formed balconies, which rotate by a few degrees as the Tower ascends to give the building its distinctive, flowing twist.Working alongside SOM, Galliard Homes and the appointed drywall contractors, OCL Facades, Siniat developed a bespoke drylining system to meet the Tower's unique architectural design while offering high-performing partitions.
Ice Arena Wales

Ice Arena Wales

Ice Arena Wales forms part of the £400m Cardiff International Sports Village development project. With two ice rinks and the capacity to seat 3000 in the largest arena, it has been designed to Olympic standards and will be capable of hosting international events in hockey and figure skating, along with other sports such as speed skating and curling. The Ice Arena will also support the development of the national and international ice sports squads. With the arena footprint over 6000m2, the project required over 23,500m2 of boards and over 22,000 linear metres of metal framing. The project is due for completion in Spring 2016.
