Siniat acquires Steel Frame Systems manufacturer, EOS Facades

The acquisition completed last week and is a reflection of our confidence in the future of dry construction.

Ourselves and EOS Facades will be focused on the issues important to drywall contractors, such as finding ways to improve job site productivity, value engineering detailing and meeting performance requirements in the most efficient ways possible.

EOS Facades is a major player in the SFS sector. We have collaborated on many projects across the UK, particularly on those using our external sheathing board, Weather Defence. Bringing SFS into our portfolio enables us to strengthen our technical expertise and to work together to develop new and innovative through-wall solutions for drywall contractors.
