Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

The Promoter is Etex Building Performance Limited of Marsh Lane, Easton-in-Gordano, Bristol, BS20 0NE.

The personal data provided by entrants during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.siniat.co.uk/en-gb/privacy-policy/).

From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

This promotion is open to stockists of Siniat products in the UK, ROI and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over except any employees of the promoter, its agents, their families and any third party directly associated with administration of this promotion.

Entry is by taking a photo of Siniat Purple Reign point-of-sale displays in branch and posting on Facebook or LinkedIn and tagging Siniat UK & Ireland by Etex (LinkedIn), @SiniatUKIrelandbyEtex (Facebook) or including #SiniatPurpleReign with the post; or emailing directly to purplereign@siniat.co.uk.

There is no limit on the amount of frequency of submitted photos – but once a photo has won, it can’t be re-submitted. Winning branches may enter as many times as they like during the promotional period, as long as the photos submitted for each entry are of a different set-up of the Purple Reign POS material to their previous entries. The promotion will run between 17.06.25 at 9am – 31.12.25 at 12pm. Any submissions made after this time will not be entitled to participate in this promotion.

To qualify, photos must be received on email or posted on social by 12pm on Friday of that week. Any entries received after the deadline will be entered into the following week’s competition. The winning entry will be selected by an independent judge on the same day (Friday). The winner will be contacted within 48 hours through the channel they entered on (Facebook, LinkedIn or email) and asked for an email address to send the prize to. The winner will receive a £150 Just Eat voucher for their nearest pizza outlet, which will be emailed to the supplied email address within 7 days of receipt. If the winner fails to reply and supply an email address for the prize to be sent to, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to not select a winner in a week where no entries are received.

Weekly prize: £150 Just Eat voucher:

• 1 prize available each week during the Promotion Period.

• A £150 voucher will be provided by the Promoter, from just-eat.co.uk, for the winner to order any items from the menu.

• Voucher can only be used via just-eat.co.uk or via the Just Eat UK app.

• Specific just-eat.co.uk Ts & Cs apply.

• Winner will be responsible for placing the order and we will not cover any additional costs which exceed the £150 gift voucher.

• Prize will be delivered via email to the supplied email address.

The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

Offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

The weekly prize is as stated, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Prizes will be awarded directly to the winners only upon provision of an email address.

The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners, to verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
