Project description
The Chilterns is the first entirely new-build development in Marylebone in five years. On the site of a 1960’s car park, the scheme will comprise 44 luxury apartments and a separate block of 16 affordable units, and incorporates 3 levels of basement together with underground parking, restaurant, retail units and a gym. The 44 luxury apartments has a ‘stepped’ design and will contain a range of one, two, three or four bedroom apartments, reported to be one of the most expensive specifications per m sq in the Capital. Residents will have a spa facility, cinema, basement wine cellar and 24 hour concierge service. It is currently under construction and due for completion in 2017. Siniat is supplying an external sheathing board and internal dry lining package for the project.
